Arrival Time

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class so that you can get settled in.

Please be on time - since our classes are taught step by step, it disruptive to others and difficult to catch up if you miss the beginning. We reserve the right to deny entry and ask students who arrive more than 15 minutes late to one hour classes and 20 minutes late to two hour classes to reschedule (fee applies).

Class fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you can transfer the reservation to someone else or reschedule (free of charge if changed more than 48 hours before the class).

Classes can be rescheduled once. Please use the "Reservation Lookup/Reschedule" link at the top or in your confirmation email. Rescheduling is free of charge if the class is more than 48 hours away. Within 48 hours of the class, a fee of $10/person (2 hr classes) or $5/person (1 hr classes) applies. Missed classes can be rescheduled up to 2 weeks afterwards. After 2 weeks passes, the class fees are forfeit.
